Old Phoenix, like many other Fallen Great Cities, is occupied by many of its inhabitants, having been converted to the side of the Undead. While other Old cities were full of gear and equipment, Old Phoenix is often visited by looters and treasure hunters in search of firearms and ammunition that was once plentiful in the former city.
