The small town of New Phoenix is a lively one, mostly a trade town that had sprung up a few miles north of the old city of Phoenix, Arizona, the hometown of many of its hardened residents. Holding over 5000 people, New Phoenix is one of the only settlements with working electricity, having built themselves near the resident nuclear power plant. With an almost ready supply of electricity, it can be seen why New Phoenix is one of the most successful Trade Towns in the U.S.
