The Middle East
Even now in the Zombie Apocalypse, the Middle East is the land of commerce. These lands by far have the most survivors, though they're a bit balanced out by the Undead population.
Still, the Middle East is a popular, if dangerous, place to be, since many markets flourish in these dark times.
Though the old terrorist groups have risen up to become the Marauders of the Sand, basically bandits that fight both the Undead and the living for kicks.
If you need that shiny new rifle, then this is where you go.
